Account & Registration
How do I register?
- Click REGISTER at the top of any page on our website.
- Complete all required fields.
- If you're a faculty member, select Faculty Member as your user type and complete the additional verification fields.
What are the benefits of registering as a faculty member?
Verified faculty affiliated with accredited institutions receive:
- Free inspection copies of most Darden cases and technical notes.
- Free downloads of teaching notes, spreadsheets, and other ancillary materials.
To become verified:
- Register as a faculty member.
- Complete the faculty verification fields.
- Wait for confirmation—typically within 1-2 business days.
- Once verified, you’ll receive an email and can log in to access faculty-only materials.

What if I forget my password?
- Click Forgot Password on the login page.
- Enter your email and click Recover to receive a reset link.

How do I change my password?
- Log in.
- Click the My Account icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Change Password from the left-hand menu.
How do I update my contact information?
- Log in.
- Click the My Account icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Customer Info from the left-hand menu.
Faculty Access & Downloads
How do I download an inspection copy of a document?
Once your faculty status is verified:
- Visit a product page.
- Click the Inspection Copy button to download a free PDF.

How do I access teaching notes?
- Visit a product page.
- Click the Teaching Notes button (if available).
Note: Not all cases include teaching notes. Add our site to your trusted list for successful downloads.
How long are my downloads available?
Electronic copies are available for download for 6 months from the date of purchase. You may download them as many times as needed during that period.
Simulations
How do I set up a simulation for my class?
To set up a simulation session:
- Select a simulation from the catalog and click Add to Cart.
- In the Class Description field, enter a unique alphanumeric name for your class. Select the radio button next to Simulation, then click Add to Cart.
- You’ll be returned to the simulation page.
- If students will be purchasing their own licenses: Proceed to checkout. Once the order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a purchase link to share with your students.
- If you are purchasing licenses for your students: Click Add to Cart again. Enter the class description, select the radio button next to User License, enter the number of licenses needed, and click Add to Cart. Then proceed to checkout.
Finding Products
How do I search for a product?
Use the Search bar at the top of the page to search by title, author, case number, or keyword. Filter results using options on the right-hand side of the search results page.
What do the A, B, and C labels on some cases mean?
These labels indicate that a case is part of a multi-part series:
- The A case is assigned before class.
- The B and C cases are distributed during class to add decision points.
How do I browse the Darden Case Collection?
Use the top menu bar to browse by Catalog, New Products, and Best Sellers.
Ordering & Course Packs
What if I can’t find a product I’ve purchased before?
We regularly update our catalog. If you’re unable to locate a familiar product, contact us at sales@dardenbusinesspublishing.com or (800) 246-3367 with the product name or number.
