Shipping Information

Shipping charges are based on your selected shipping method, the estimated weight of your order, and its destination at the time of shipment. Additional charges may apply to international orders due to variations in package weight and destination.

All physical orders are shipped via FedEx. Please note that domestic orders cannot be shipped to US post office box addresses.

Print-on-Demand Materials

Paper copies of requested teaching materials are printed on demand when an order is placed. This ensures that materials are of the highest quality and align with your specific needs.

Returns Policy

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand materials and electronic master copies, we are unable to accept returns on these items, nor do we accept returns of physical hardcopies of books. However, we understand that course needs can change, so we gladly accept returns of unused copyright permissions in situations where the final course enrollment is lower than originally anticipated.
