Product Details
Chris Johnson, the recently appointed CEO of a large company consisting of several divisions, including Retail, Business Applications, and Systems Development, must work with senior leadership to set an agenda for the coming year. The past year had been full of challenges, including revelations of gender pay disparity, inappropriate relationships, low morale, a serious data breach, and malfunctioning equipment that had caused a death and many injuries at a customer site. Externally, Johnson was getting pressure to sign the Business Roundtable’s new statement on the importance of taking a stakeholder approach to business. While the dominant culture at the company was to “make the numbers,” Johnson had begun to question this mindset and, while aware that change was needed, was not sure where to start.
