Product Details

This fictional case tells the story of Priya, a user experience (UX) researcher at Meshify. Meshify is a young start-up that provides high-quality mesh network services, with a mission to deliver better customer service and lower prices than its competitors. As a recently hired Meshify employee, Priya is determined to prove herself and provide insights that will help the company continue to grow. When Priya joins Meshify, the company is in the midst of developing a self-installation app that would enable its customers to install their own mesh networks quickly and easily. Priya is part of the team developing the UX for the app, and she promptly encounters conflicting opinions from the rest of the UX team about how the app should be tested before launch. Her job is to create a plan that will meet the team’s needs and effectively test the app’s UX while, at the same time, allowing Meshify to launch the app by its quickly approaching deadline. What approach should she propose, and how can she best persuade the rest of the team that it’s the best path to take?
