Senior leaders often find it difficult to act on their values due to the large number of stakeholders they serve. In this case a senior manager is confronted with a challenging moment in his career when he is pressured to handle the financial reporting of restructuring charges more favorably than he deems prudent. When he is asked to push the limits of honest reporting, what can this senior manager do?
