Product Details
Many, if not most, organizational leaders want to be viewed as concerned for and thoughtful toward their people. Not all, however, manifest that desire in observable or meaningful ways. This case presents an adaptation and amalgamation of real events. It is suitable for a graduate-level course and/or a professional development continuing education course wherein the focus is on topics such as: effective leadership, employer of choice, motivating workers, or creating a “culture of care.” The spirit of this case is to ignite personal reflections of current leaders who want to exhibit the care for others that they harbor and that they want to become a more recurring, normal part of their repertoire. The case is also intended to galvanize a focused expectancy in those who are preparing to become leaders and who want to become known for crafting a culture of care.
